Business Hotel
The Challenge:
A premier Business Hotel based in the South
West, realised that an internal infrastructure
change was necessary to make added value internet
services available to guests and increase the
productivity and flexibility of its existing
business network, including increased email
functionality.
The client wanted the broadband
system to be simple and effective, without
any interruption, effort or cost to the business.
They also wanted to ensure that their business
system remained protected.

The Solution:
IT-in-a-Tin implemented
a standard small business server environment,
which included Microsoft Exchange for advanced
email capabilities, allowing access from anywhere
in the world. Through the system they could
now also print, fax and work on shared files.
Guest
services included free broadband internet
access - which was installed in every single
guest and conference room. This gave great
business added value, putting them in the league
of major hotel chains and made them the first
independent hotel in the South West to offer
guests this service.
